OUR CORE PROGRAM
Our Core Program is our "City Program" that can be run in 2, 3, 4, or 5 Session Options. Each Session is three-hours in length and reaches between 25-30 targets. Once leads are qualified, they then get entered into a customized seven-touch four-week communication plan.
Even when not working on your sessions, we will always accept and respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and voicemails. There will be continued email conversations with those we don't qualify as well. We will book orders and forward them to you for processing. In other words, your catering expert is on-call for you even when they aren't active at your location.

Closing and Booking Orders
Within your CRM Platform, each Catering Expert will have a variety of ways to help take and book orders into your system.
Depending on your restaurant’s order technology, your expert can either enter orders directly into your system or they can fill out a “Catering Booking Form” and send it to your team. If you prefer to have us direct people to your restaurant’s website for self-ordering, we can do that as well.
Whatever the process that works best for you and your restaurant, we can make it happen.

That link will share more about how our program works. For individual locations, we have programs starting at just seven hours per month. We generate a list of targets based on their location, their employee size, and their industry, and we begin making calls.
​
From there, we will qualify 20-25% of the targets as a “Certified Catering Prospect” based on what we have learned about their ongoing catering needs. The leads then get placed into a six-to-eight week communication plan to help guide them to their first order, where depending on your POS system, we can actually place the order for you.​ With additional programs designed to support Enterprise Level Brands at regional and national levels, we have something for every restaurant.
